Training / Events Innovation will be the single most important factor in determining America's success for the 21st century. ~ Council on Global Competitiveness |
| Organizational learning is not a new concept, although its importance has never been more necessary. Success, in the 21st century, will be determined by the organizations and individual’s ability to learn, change, and innovate. All organizations can learn; some better than others. The more successful learners thrive. Those that fail will eventually disappear. Organizational learning is a long-term activity that will improve performance over time, but requires sustained attention, commitment, and effort to accomplish and succeed. |

| Project Metamorphosis - Coping with Change |
 |
We live and work in difficult times.
Sometimes the most difficult times are the most interesting and the most rewarding too. They challenge us, they test us, and occasionally they can even bring out the best in us. This one-day event is about you and your ability to cope with change – in your life, your job, and your career. |
|
Who should attend?
Are you, your team, or your company currently undergoing major changes that will affect the lives of all of its employees? We tend to respond to change the same way we respond to anything we perceive as a threat: by flight or fight. Our first reaction is flight—to avoid the change. And if we can’t—fight, to actively resist change.
We need to seek better options—ones that neither avoids change nor resist it, but harnesses and guides it. If we can change our perceptions, we can avoid those reactions. Change can be the means to your goals, not a barrier to them.
This workshop includes experiential learning activities where you will gain new ideas and learn techniques for your personal and professional development. This day will feature an enjoyable, professional, and inspiring learning experience.

Testimonies
"Thank both of you for your class and hard work you do in making it so effective. You both do a great job. I think you were meant to be teachers. Best of luck in your doctorial work."
"I wanted to thank both of you for your time and efforts in teaching the class. Your class was the first formal PMP® preparation class I attended. I felt I learned more from your teaching methods, the approach of the subject and the classroom environment that both of you created."
"Tell your students, straight from the mouth of a fresh test taker, the prep course works! Your preparations put me exactly on the course I needed to be on. Thanks again, I couldn't have done it without your course, your feedback, and the great tools that you gave to me during the course!"
"Thanks for a great class! Not only did it prepare me well for the exam, but I also learned a great deal of useful knowledge that I can apply in the real world. I will recommend your class to others – your approach was very helpful and I think the material is so vast that you need the structure to adequately prepare for the exam."
"Just wanted to drop you a note to let you know that I took my PMP exam yesterday and passed with 84.6%. I believe your formula had estimated I would score 84.8% - that is amazing. Thanks for providing such an outstanding course - I don't know that I would have been successful without it."
"The two of you have been absolutely wonderful instructors! You have been an extremely great resource and your knowledge and excitement was evident with each session. The real life situations and examples shared in class made the words come alive for me, securing many of the concepts within my own understanding. It would have been a struggle without your assistance."
